Upon entering the service department, all three advisors looked up at me but did not acknowledge me or offer any assistance. I stood there waiting until the cashier eventually told me that someone would be with me shortly. There was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment from the service advisors. Had I been a different type of customer, I feel I would have been acknowledged and assisted immediately rather than left standing there waiting for someone to help me.I

This is the go to dealership! From sales to service they are top notch. Service offers enough hours to fit anyone's schedule. Got me in and out for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I like that they check for ANY updates to software etc. up front before taking your vehicle to the garage bay. Mike is super to deal with and the communications are excellent. Waiting area is large and super clean as well.
It was just a tire replacement, easy peasy, but Mike worked around my husband's schedule (as a retired person) and we were very happy to get her back all fixed up. Thanks!

They charge so much it feels like theyāre robbing us lol . $1,000 just to look at my car š. Theyāre some criminals over there Forsure and get away with it. Sweet organized crime. Kate will work with you though . But at the same time, she said sheād look into getting me a slight discount and it never happened. Donāt ask me for my review ever again .

This is our 2nd visit to Lucas with our Durango. The first visit was 1/5/26 for LOF and cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. During our 2nd visit 7/7/26, the technician recommended a new cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. Kate pointed that out to my husband, and he told her that we had that done during our previous visit. Without checking, she replied that your records did not indicate that this work was performed during our previous visit.

I thought there would be a follow.up on the recent customer to make sure that the product that as sold was operating at the standard as if it was there family member purchased a vehicle from them. But Lucas was very cordial i did feel like I was accepted into.there customer base.

Very happy with the service provided. Brought truck in for a check engine light related to the engine's MDS system. They had it diagnosed quickly and provided a detailed way forward for repair. Staff was courteous, professional and very responsive. The only issue was they were not able to interface with the extended vehicle warranty (Assurant) I have in place to cover repairs for the vehicle. While this prevented me from having the truck serviced at Lucas, but I would still recommend them given my overall experience.
